Majored in Psychology in 2000, she worked for one year with children affected by cancer. In 2002, she was a volunteer in groups like Alcoólicos Anônimos. When her first child was born, she had mastitis (breast inflammation) and as a consequence, quit breast feeding. In 2004, decided to found Cantinho da Mamãe, a company that rents and sells breast pumps in order to defend breast-feeding. Nowadays she also works with importation for financial reasons, although her passion is in fact Cantinho da Mamãe.
