How can we have good ideas?

“Don´t be afraid of being ridiculous, as an idea that at first seems foolish, may end up becoming a great success”. That´s what the lecturer and writer Paulo Araújo, author of “Motivação faz a diferença” and “Motivando o talento humano”, states. He gives some hints to those want to present a different and innovative project:

- Be a unique person. Don´t try to immitate others. Be yourself and bet on your strength;

- The best thing to do is reading, researching, taking courses and training, training, training;

- The more you practice, the more creative you become. The first phase of creativity lies in the quantity of ideas presented, and then we can focus on their qualities;

- Every single person must have their own “recipe”;

- Several professionals have good ideas though most of them have trouble selling them or showing them;

- The person can only be considered creative if they come up with the idea and make it true. How about starting now?
