Pharmnexx Brasil recruits product manager for multinational

Requirements:

Skills: This person must have a strong ability to manage multiple projects in the functional areas and work independently and, when appropriate team or lead sub-teams. Applicants must be at least 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the OTC line, and have a thorough knowledge of marketing principles and marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

The curriculum should reflect the ability to turn a strategy plan for integrated activity between the end points of sale, processing and use. Communication is more important than the actual years of experience.

Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the key principles of brand management and marketing, promotion, and sales process. The candidate must have experience in managing prescription (events, agencies, etc) daily and manage promotional budgets. To succeed in this position you must also have had an involvement in the acceptance of promotional material through the process of reviewing promotional legal, regulatory and medical assistance in the development and implementation of programs and web activities of market research on the brand.

Experience: For consideration, requires that the candidate has 7 or more years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical field, preferably in the OTC or equivalent. Experience launches, working with a newly launched product or have clinical experience / research are highly desirable.

5 years of sales experience in the field is an additional duty.

Other requirements:
· University Diploma, preferably with MBA.
· Greater knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
· Experience working with cross-functional teams.
· Very good qualities in organization, planning and prioritization.
· Excellent communication and presentation

Location-based work São Paulo, availability for international travels is needed.

Salary:
Annual Income (Monthly + Bonus) ........... R$ 149.500,000
Gross Income..............R$ 11.500,00
Monthly Fix Income ..... R$ 8.270,00
Bonus .................... R$ 3.230,00
