Goal: to rescue the credibility of the group.

Humberto Katori, Sales Effectiveness Manager at Danone Medical Nutrition, will lead Grupemef for the next three years 2011-2013. This period, he said during an exclusive interview to Top Team, will aim at "having back the real mission of Grupemef".

"We will contribute to both personal and professional development of the pharmaceutical executive when it comes to integrated and systemic processes of training, market research and cultural exchange."

The general director of the Group highlighted also that "today we just count on isolate participation of the executives in Grupemef actions, like, for instance, in the Nutritional Market group ".

Top Team: Which changes have you already implemented at Grupemef?
Humberto Katori: The great change of this management will be to have the credibility of the group back, where the main mission is to increase the participation of the members in activities of Market Information, Productivity and Effectiveness, Training and Communication.

Top Team: Which were the main results achieved with these first changes?
Humberto Katori: In fact, we can´t really measure any result because changes have still been implemented. We have as a goal to establish a more effective channel with our members so that they have an effective participation within Grupemef activities.

Top Team: Do the pharmaceutical executives participate effectively in Grupemef?
Humberto Katori: Nowadays we count on isolate participation of the executives in Grupemef actions, like, for instance, in the Nutritional Market Group.

Top Team: Concerning Lupa de Ouro, what can you say?
Humberto Katori: This year we celebrate the 35º Lupa de Ouro, whose main goal is to recognize and award professional talents of the Pharmaceutical Marketing, the ones who create the best promotional campaigns, products, and pharmaceutical industries in the Brazilian market, and also award the best projects in their niche. The 35º Lupa de Ouro will be at WTC Golden Hall (Av. das Nações Unidas, 12.551 - Brooklin Novo), on November 25, at 7:30 p.m.

Top Team: To wrap up, what do the executives expect from your management?
Humberto Katori: For the next three years (2011 to 2013), we will have back the real mission of Grupemef which is to contribute to both personal and professional development of the pharmaceutical executive when it comes to integrated and systemic processes of training, market research and cultural exchange.
