A survey taken in the last Top Team edition reveals that most executives from the pharmaceutical industry (57.14%) would change their jobs if they were offered a career plan. The second option was “professional stability” (17.86%), followed by “salary” (16.67%) and “the laboratory brand name” (8.33%).

During the first pharmexx Brazil “Training Course for Sales Reps” which took place on August 10-11, a lecture on Sustainable Development was given by Bio-bras NGO lecturers, as a part of Carbon Free project. The cost of the event was given to “The Tree Club” project, which consists of planting native trees. According to the social action director of pharmexx Brazil, Angélica Leone, this program aims at neutralizing the carbon dioxide (CO2) emitted by the company sales teams.
