Baxter in Latin America has a new president
Carlos Alonso was promoted to Baxter presidency in Latin America and will be in charge the company´s operation in nineteen countries. The executive came into Baxter in 1996 as the director of Biotechnology Business Division and in 2004 he took on the presidency of the company in Brazil.
Fernando José Martins goes into Boehringer
Boehringer Ingelheim of Brazil hired Fernando José Martins, ex- Wyeth and Colgate Palmolive, as the new director. The executive will be in charge of the Consumer Healthcare (CHC). Majored in Business Administration at FAAP, in 1990, and International Executive MBA at USP, in 1999, Martins has worked in the retail segment for ten years.
Bayer Brazil introduces new manager
Priscille Sorbara, ex- Intermédica, has been announced as the new physician manager of Bayer Healthcare consumer care area. Majored in Medicine at Faculdade de Medicina do ABC, especialization in Pediatrics and Infectology at the Children´s Institute at USP, Priscille will provide medical and scientific support to all Consumer Care department, including products like the Aspirin.
Fleury Medical Diagnostic Center promotes executive
José Marcelo de Oliveira has been promoted as the new director of Fleury Medical Diagnostic Center Brazil, a company focused on Medicine and Health. Majored in Medicine, Master and Doctor in Radiology at Escola Paulista de Medicina, Oliveira earned International Executive MBA from FIA/USP.
Zambon hires manager for regulatory issues
Erica Maluf, ex-Novo Nordisk and Novartis, is the new manager for regulatory issues at Zambon Pharmaceutical Laboratories in Brazil. She majored in Pharmacy at Alfenas University (MG). Erica received her MBA in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda de Marketing (ESPM) with specialization in Sanitary Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
