Rossetti Mk e Rent Power has announced, recently, the incorporation of a global relationship software whixh has been used in more than 30 countries by CSO´s companies (Contract Sales Organizations). Such companies, such as Rossetti Mk e Rent Power, are specialized in enabling additional Sales teams to the pharmaceutical industry.

The global relationship software is a CRM (Custumer Relationship Management) tool that aggregates information about active or non-active projects from more than 650 laboratories all over the world, which are constantly updated by the members of the group.

We can have access, for instance, to which laboratories in certain countries make use of CSO´s, which company´s division, the specific product, the quantity of sales reps involved and which ones are in charge of the project.

“It will enable partnerships to our customers, benchmarking and also new products license.”, explains Cauê Rossetti, International Business Development at Rossetti Mk Sales Reps.

Other tool from this software is the virtual presentation module, which will enable prospection meetings with customers and even among the companies of the group, by making use of a telephone as a complement, Skype and MSN, among other resources.
