2007 is promising for the pharmaceutical industry
A survey done by Top Team in November and December 2006 shows that
the executives of the pharmaceutical industry expect good results
for this year. According to the research, 77,54% of the professionals
are optimistic, overcoming the 9,42% of pessimistics and the 13,04%
who are indifferent.
This optimism is one of the factors that explain the investment
of the multinationals in Brazilian service companies. We can illustrate
as an example the partnership between a German company who act in
60 countries and Rent Power e Rossetti Mk Sales Reps, who aims at
revolutionizing the market of additional sales reps teams for laboratories
Pfizer enables Social Project
The result of the partnership between Pfizer, Instituto Kaplan,
Fundo Social de Solidariedade do Estado de São Paulo and
Secretaria Estadual da Educação, Vale Sonhar Project
reduced around 91% the number of teenagers pregnants of 28 schools
and 14 cities in Vale do Ribeira, São Paulo.
Roche new laboratory
With an investment of US$ 5 milhões, Roche will inaugurate
a new quality control laboratory for their factory in Jacarepaguá,
Rio de Janeiro. According to the company, the goal is to optimize
the manufacturing process and increase the productivity in 30%.
Cristália changes Metadon trading name
Mytedom is, from now on, the new trading name of Metadon, medicine
produced by Cristália. According to the company, such change
meets Anvisa decision.
Company from Portugal visits Brazil
 Rodrigo Carvalho, financial director of Previs, visited Rent Power e Rossetti Mk Sales Reps in December 2006. 'I came in order to exchange experience and marketing ideas, even though the Brazilian and Portuguese markets do not work the same way neither expand at the same pace`, says the executive.
Another reason why Carvalho decided to visit Rent Power e Rossetti Mk Sales Reps was the good relationship between Previs and the Brazilian company. `In 1997, Cássio Rossetti went to Portugal to deliver a lecture and to make us aware of important issues. He was more experienced than us and had wider knowledge, which added to our success.`, states the executive.
Previs is a company within Pharmexx Group, specialized in developing projects for pharmaceutical laboratories. During the visit, Carvalho talked to Cássio Rossetti, director of Rossetti Mk Sales Reps and Luiz Antonio de Moura Accioly, director of Rent Power Brazil.
