New services for the pharmaceutical industry

Expansion of ROI and Health
"At the moment there is plenty of investment in creating demand, however, in the case of more complex treatments, the abandonment rate is high, over 50%. Such action greatly impacts on Pharmaceutical Industries and also on the improvement of the population´s health".
The analysis above was done by Cássio Rossetti, the general manager of pharmexx Brasil. In order to work in such niche, the company has just brought to the country two new services, widely used in Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and France: the Health Service Management (HSM) and the Brand Management.


Synergy actions and Multi-channels
According to Rossetti, HSM stands for the "development of actions which form a Guidance program to the patients, expanding the adherence to the treatment and quality of life".
"Such actions are synergic and multichannel and aim to inform the patient about the disease and its treatment; to support through usage guidance and demonstrations in loco; to motivate by showing the positive improvements and needed adaptations; and to inform about posology and future dosages", adds the general manager of pharmexx Brasil.


A new cycle
Already in Brand Management, according to Rossetti, a CSO company "manages the marketing actions, demand and even the distribution of products which have been without any investment by their manufacturers for a while."
"The results generated by this new cycle are shared by pharmexx Brasil and the manufacturer, whose ratio depends directly on the level of the investments required", he wraps up.
