What are the relevant aspects when creating an efficient corporate communication?

Agility e Interactivity

“One of the most important aspects of efficient corporate communication relies on the capability of making the message get through to the target audience quickly. Another aspect is interactivity, increasingly essential in communication. As almost everyone is connected and constantly interacting with everything, corporate communication will gain more interest as it focus on interactivity. This brings up another relevant aspect: the use of technology to increase both geographic and numeric range”, says Eric Oliveira, from Virtual Comunicação.

Focus on mobility

Eric, who has already worked in the pharmaceutical area of several companies like Pfizer, GSK, Bayer, Merck, Aché, Stiefel, Novartis, Sanofi/Aventis, adds: “Communication must be mobile; it must have mobility to be where we need it, by reaching who needs to be reached. Communication also needs to be understood by its recipient. Thus, the efficiency of communication will be measured and considered well-succeeded when the understanding of the recipient matches the meaning intended by the sender.

Strategic Plan

According to Oliveira, first of all, the strategic communication must reflect a strategic plan. “And a well-structured strategic plan guarantees the precise transmission of the message, in the right way, to the target audience”, he highlights. The founder of Virtual Comunicação adds: “Besides, it may prevent from problems to happen. It avoids communication noise and ensures the message to be delivered objectively, precisely, to reflect the original intention that motivated the communication”.
