Antonio Cardone goes into Bayer
The executive, who has already worked at Roche, AstraZeneca and Abbott, is the newest director of Diabetes Care for Latin America at Bayer. He majored in Chemistry from Instituto Hölters Simons, in Argentina. Cardone has MBA in Business Management and Technology from USP/Instituto Pesquisas Tecnológicas (IPT). Johnson & Johnson promotes executive
Luis Fernando Lenski was promoted to general manager at J&J Vision Care in Brazil, whose position was Patrícia Holland´s, who is now the regional manager of Women´s Health at Ethicon Endo Surgey, a Johnson & Johnson division.
Shire hires manager physician
Ana Paula Martinho, ex-Novartis Oncology, took on the medical management department at Shire Biopharmaceuticals in Brazil. The executive is majored in Medicine from Faculdade de Ciências Médicas de Santos and holds specialization in Pediatric Oncology from Universidade Federal de São Paulo.
Baxter announces new HR PV
Paulo Bolgar took on the Human Resources Vice-Presidency of Baxter Latin America. Bolgar is also a MBA professor at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) and holds specialization in HR strategies from Michigan Business School.
Lottenberg will lead Albert Einstein
Claudio Luiz Lottenberg was re-elected for the third time as the president of Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Albert Einstein, an institution that supports Albert Einstein Hospital. The physician, who will lead the Institution until the end of 2010, will have the hospital growth as his main challenge.
