The Pharmexx Group discusses about the strategies for the pharmaceutical market


Aiming at transnational strategies for the best market practices and synergy among the companies, the Pharmexx Group, which promotes sales teams known as Contract Sales & Marketing Organization (CSMO), promoted their fourth business development meeting in Spain, from February 14 to 16.

During the event, at Punta Negra Resort, in Palma de Mallorca, workshops were taken for the discussion of specific issues such as Risk Sharing Projects, Syndicated Teams, Start up Projects and Vacancy Management.

Market studies about the twenty-four countries participants were presented as swot analisys form, besides new tools that will be used by the companies, like the PRM (pharmexx relationship manegement) and the BD Portal."We exchanged information and experience with executives from all over the world. The idea is to create synergy, increase the effectiveness of our business and implement the international news in our projects, which will benefit our customers”, states Cássio Rossetti, president director of Rossetti Mk Sales Reps & Rent Power

Georg Nagl, PharmexxThe Pharmexx Group acts in over then 60 countries, with 290 customers, over 4,500 sales reps, and it grows around 40% annualy and it will probably have an income of nearly € 310 million for 2007. "It is about a strong group with great proposals. Soon, we will offer to our clients services that will aggregate advantages to medical detailing.”, says Cauê international business development at Rossetti Mk Sales Reps & Rent Power as a participant.

Throughout the meetings the Spanish company Excelent Pharma was awarded for being the company that stood out in 2006 within the Group.

On May 8, the Pharmexx Group will meet again. This time, in an international workshop on finance, in Germany, which will be followed by the fifth business development meeting, in September, probably in Sweden.
