The Aché Laboratories have recently launched the application Biofenac Runner, available for iOS and Android. “It is an initiative of Biofenac Aerosol, an anti-inflammatory of Aché Laboratories used to treat sports-related and ordinary injuries and bruises. The intention is to make athletes have a complete application, with a running race agenda, news on healthcare and tips for trainings. The program has a system that allows monitoring time and training routes as well as the quantity of calories lost in one activity”, explains Cesar Bentim, MIP Business Unit Director of Aché Laboratories.
360º Communication
According to the executive, the application is part of a campaign called “Run. Don´t even dare to stop”, launched at the beginning of the year, whose focus is sports people who want to keep on practicing physical activities without being bothered by minor injuries or pain. “The campaign follows a 360º communication scheme, in which we have supported several street races nationwide, with press and TV media actions – besides acting in points of sales. In the digital world, we have pages like Facebook and Twitter, where surfers can check tips on sport, health and diet”, he adds.
Assisting physicians and patients
“It is undeniable that the virtual world has been gaining room within the healthcare segment. As a consequence, it has launched useful News for consumers and patients as a whole. Aché Laboratories have a series of applications aiming to assist physicians and patients with relevant information about treatment and how to use medicines”, he wraps up.
